Baring Foundation’s Announces New Fund to Support Legal Action to Tackle Racial Injustice in CJS

Grants for smaller charities and other not-for-profit entities undertaking legal action activities to address racial injustice in the criminal justice system (CJS) within the UK.

The Baring Foundation’s Strengthening Civil Society programme is a collaboration with the Legal Education Foundation and the Esmée Fairbairn Foundation. This year, the programme will begin supporting work which uses legal action to address racial injustice in the criminal justice system (CJS) and bring about wider social change.
