ALLIANCE Self-Management Fund Launches New Funding Cycle

The Health and Social Care Alliance Scotland (ALLIANCE) is offering grants of up to £120,000 for third and community sector organisations for projects supporting people in Scotland with long term conditions to live well. A total of £1.8 million is available for the 2024 round, the first in a new cycle of funding for the Self Management Fund titled Self Management for Life.
