Government Launches New £163m Affordable Home Fund

Community-led housing groups can expect to benefit from the new funding to increase the delivery of affordable housing across England, excluding London.

Homes England is making available £163 million across England up to 2020 to 2021 through the Community Housing Fund. The Government is working with the Greater London Authority (GLA) to develop a similar scheme in London.
