We’ve had a great session on Business Planning - it was fantastic to see and connect with so many of you. For those of you who could not attend, see our training schedule, there are more business planning opportunities later this year.
Creating your business plan the one of the most important and critical actions for your organisation. Your business plan provides the information for you to create your funding applications (this document is critical - How to write a successful business plan training session is next available on 18/06/25, book here!) your business plan provides a clear understanding of what your business is, where is wants to be and how it plans to get there – which is critical to your stakeholders, your staff, and to your funding applications. It provides you with the tools to identify and measure success, and how to monitor your organisation so you know what good looks like, and most importantly gives you the information to make key decisions to ensure the success of your organisation. At CAS we recognise that these skills are critical to our communities, so we have built our training plans to support you -

Cost of Living Support Resources for VCSE's
CAS Cost of Living Resources Support
Britain is facing its biggest cost of living crisis in decades which is not only impacting households and individuals but the voluntary and community sector too. We know that organisations are highly concerned about rising costs, losing valued members of staff to other sectors which pay more, losing volunteers and declining mental health across the voluntary and paid workforce as individuals face their own cost of living crises. We’ve pulled together a list of support and resources for organisations.
Easyfundraising!

We know how difficult it is for voluntary and third sector groups to access funding; that is why we have partnered with easyfundraising, the online fundraising platform that turns online shopping into free donations for your charity, CIC, village hall or community organisation.
