Autumn Budget 2017 - Key Policy Announcements

Chancellor of the Exchequer Philip Hammond delivered his Autumn Budget 2017 statement to Parliament on 22 November 2017. Setting out the Government’s plans for the economy based on the latest forecasts from the Office for Budget Responsibility (OBR), the Autumn Budget is now the main fiscal event each year. As announced at Autumn Statement 2016, the 2018 Spring Statement will respond to the latest forecast from the OBR only.
