Government Publishes Clean Growth Strategy

The Government has published its Clean Growth Strategy, setting out holistic and far-reaching proposals for decarbonising all sectors of the UK economy through the 2020s and on achieving clean growth; that is, growing the UKs national income while cutting greenhouse gas emissions. This lies at the heart of the UKs Industrial Strategy and will increase productivity, create jobs, boost earning power for people throughout the country, and help protect the climate and environment upon which the current and future generations depend.
