When she became Prime Minister last summer, Theresa May spoke of the ‘burning injustices’ she had observed in British society and her desire to ensure that people’s success in life should only be determined by the talent and work ethic they possess. In order to meet the challenge of addressing racial inequality, the Prime Minister ordered last year a comprehensive survey to be conducted.
