Consultation Seeks Views on Domestic Abuse Bill

The Home Office and Ministry of Justice (MoJ) have published a consultation to obtain views on measures to be included in the Government’s draft Domestic Abuse Bill. The main aim of the consultation and resulting Bill is to prevent domestic abuse by challenging the acceptability of abuse and addressing the underlying attitudes and norms that perpetuate it.
