£10 Million Loan Fund for NI Homelessness Charities to Acquire Property Launches

The Department for Communities (DfC) has announced the launch of a £10 million loan fund that will run over five years for registered homelessness charities in Northern Ireland to buy property to provide well managed, long term, private rented sector accommodation at an affordable rate.
