ALLIANCE Self-Management Fund Reopens to Applications

The Health and Social Care Alliance Scotland (ALLIANCE) is offering grants of up to £120,000 for third and community sector organisations for projects supporting people in Scotland with long-term conditions to live well.  The 2025 round is the second in a new cycle of funding for the Self Management Fund launched in 2024, titled Self Management for Life.
