Funding for NI Community Projects to Promote Discussion of End-of-Life Issues

A Department of Health funding programme is inviting applications.
Funding is available to community groups in Northern Ireland to support the development of creative ideas around enabling citizens' wishes concerning their end-of-life care and death to be honoured and respected.
