All New School and College Buildings in Wales to be Net Zero Carbon

As of January 2022, all new schools and colleges in Wales must meet Net Zero Carbon targets.
Education and Welsh Language Minister Jeremy Miles has announced that from 1 January 2022 all new school and college buildings, major refurbishment and extension projects will be required to meet Net Zero Carbon targets.
