Funding Available to Respond to Child Hunger in Northern Ireland During Coronavirus Crisis

Community-based third sector organisations in Northern Ireland can apply for grants to support families who may face food poverty due to the effects of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.

A new £100,000 funding programme has been launched to tackle child hunger in Northern Ireland during the coronavirus crisis. Constituted organisations that are working on a local level can apply for grants of up to £2,500. Priority will be given to small, locally based and locally run groups or organisations in areas of disadvantage that have a clear understanding of the needs of their community.
