Heritage Zone Funding Boost for England's High Streets

Historic England has launched a new £44 million fund which will allow them to work with partners to find new ways to champion and revive our historic high streets through the High Streets Heritage Action Zones (HSHAZ) scheme.
In Autumn 2018, the Chancellor announced a new Future High Streets Fund, with £675m being allocated to support the renewal and reshaping of town centres and high streets. As part of that fund, £44m has been allocated to Historic England for work to support historic high streets.
