Scotland's Self-Management Fund Accepting Applications

Funding for third sector projects in Scotland which build the capacity of people with long-term conditions and their unpaid carers to take the lead in their health and wellbeing.
The Health and Social Care Alliance Scotland administers the Fund each year on behalf of the Scottish Government, with the Fund's key aim being to strengthen Scotland’s health and social care integration agenda.
