Scottish Natural Heritage Announces £5m Natural & Cultural Heritage Fund to Open in January

Funding is to be offered to support public and third sector groups undertaking projects that will promote the culture and natural beauty of Scotland’s Highlands and Islands.
The proposed Natural and Cultural Heritage Fund (NCHF) will support new opportunities to promote the scenery, wildlife and culture of the Highlands and Islands of Scotland – in ways which aid inclusive and sustainable economic growth. Its aim is to help to retain jobs and sustain populations and services in rural communities.
