Deadline Approaching for 2018 Round of Scotland’s Community Choices Fund

Community organisations and community councils in Scotland are invited to apply to the £750,000 Fund, which supports participatory budgeting (PB) as a tool for community engagement.
Participatory budgeting (PB) is recognised internationally as a way for local people to have a direct say in how, and where, public funds can be used to address local needs. The Scottish Government promotes PB nationally through the Community Choices Fund, supporting activity that will significantly expand opportunities for more local people to make decisions on local spending priorities and contribute to local democracy.
