Self Management Fund Opens for Scottish Third Sector Groups

The Health and Social Care Alliance Scotland is accepting applications for projects to support people living with long term conditions in Scotland.
This year the Health and Social Care Alliance Scotland (the Alliance) has £500,000 to invest in projects that can demonstrate how they will help build the capacity for people to be the leading partner in their health and wellbeing.
