Chancellor Delivers Spring Statement 2018

Chancellor of the Exchequer, Philip Hammond has presented his first Spring Statement to Parliament. With the Autumn Budget now the only major annual policy event, the Spring Statement provides an update on the overall health of the economy and the Office for Budget Responsibility (OBR) forecasts; an update on progress made since Autumn Budget 2017; and is an opportunity to launch consultations on policy changes the Government is considering.
