Our vision is that Middlesbrough Council takes a citizen centred approach to culture, placing artists and communities as active creators, innovators and agents of change.

We want to support artists to develop new ideas and support challenges to help develop the cultural offer in the town. Local artists, artistic companies and voluntary and community groups can apply for funding from £50 to £2000 for projects that must be finished by March 31st 2019.
