The Thrive Together Fund aims to develop inclusive places, spaces and activities for people who are least able to come together.

Funded projects will build positive relationships, improve mental and physical wellbeing, and strengthen the community.

Small grants (up to £10,000) and large grants (£30,000) are available for work in Bradford.
