Grants of £500 to £4,000 from Leeds City Council Resettlement Team and NHS West Yorkshire Integrated Care Board to deliver projects that will positively engage with young migrant people in Leeds

Health and Wellbeing funding for Young Migrant People

Leeds City Council Resettlement Team and NHS West Yorkshire Integrated Care Board invite you to apply for funding to deliver projects that will positively engage with young migrant people around their health and wellbeing.

Grants of £500 to £4000 are available for small grassroots organisations with an income of below £30,000

Projects to be delivered from 5th August 2024—31st October 2024 and offer activities for young migrant people aged between 13 and 19?

To be eligible to apply for funding you must be able to fulfil the key criteria:

• Improve wellbeing of young migrant people

• Increase awareness and access to Health and Wellbeing Services

• Work in collaboration with young migrant people to create inclusive, effective and resilient approaches that benefit all

• Improve professionals’ knowledge and understanding of the current issues young migrant people face.
