Leeds Community Foundation is pleased to open the latest round of Suicide Prevention Grants in partnership with Public Health.
Suicide Prevention Grants is a partnership between Leeds Community Foundation and Public Health, which aims to fund local community initiatives aimed at people at risk of suicide. The fund will support social activities determined by local participants and to provide outreach work with targeted communities in order to reduce social isolation and promote protective factors for wellbeing.
