Horizon 2020 and Erasmus+ in a No Deal Brexit

A ‘no deal’ Brexit scenario will occur if the UK leaves the EU at 11pm GMT on 29 March 2019 and becomes a third country without a Withdrawal Agreement or framework in place for a future relationship between the UK and the EU. In such a scenario there would be no basis on which to apply any of the elements of the Withdrawal Agreement planned to be agreed in either October or November. Therefore, the UK Government is preparing for the possibility of no UK-EU deal in place on exit day.
