Review and Consultation into the Law, Policy and Procedure Relating to Parole Board Decisions

The Ministry of Justice has published the findings of a Review into the Parole Board Decision-Making Process alongside a consultation and the terms of reference of a full review.
The Ministry of Justice has published the findings and resulting action of a review launched by the Secretary of State for Justice in January 2018 into the law, policy and procedure relating to Parole Board decisions. A consultation has also been launched to support the review's findings, as well as the terms of reference for the full review of all 27 Parole Board rules.
