Resolution Foundation Report Urges Action to Address Housing Challenges faced by Young People

The Resolution Foundation has published a report setting out views on how to tackle the nation’s housing crisis. It specifically provides a number of policy options in three key areas: insecurity in the private rented sector; falling home ownership rates for young people; and a long-term lack of house building. The report was produced by the Resolution Foundation’s Intergenerational Commission, which brings together leaders from business, academia and policy-making to explore the issues relating to intergenerational fairness.
