Nithsdale Community Achievement Awards

Awards event takes place on Saturday 28th March 2015 at the Easterbrook Hall, Dumfries from 6pm.

To nominate someone the deadline is 5pm on Friday 28th February.

There are 9 award categories and each award will have three finalists:

•Adult Learner of the Year - sponsored by Nithsdale Lifelong Learning Partnership

•Young Person of the Year - sponsored by The Holywood Trust

•School and Learning Community Award - sponsored by Brown Brothers

•Adult Volunteer of the Year - sponsored by the hub - your community action centre

•Young Volunteer of the Year - sponsored by The People's Project

•Community Group of the Year - sponsored by Irvine Housing

•Parent and Carer Participation Award - sponsored by Dumfries and Galloway Council

•Health and Wellbeing Award - sponsored by Building Healthy Communities

•Innovative Practice Award - sponsored by Scottish Qualifications Authority
