George D Grant Memorial Fund open

This fund provides for grant assistance to be made available to any voluntary organisation or individual within the former Burgh of Dumfries for social, cultural or sporting purposes

The fund will consider covering costs for the following purposes:

1.coaching in a particular sport;

2. pursuing a particular skill in art or craft;

3.to enable any young person to participate in an outward bound scheme; or

4.to enable any physically or mentally handicapped person to take part in the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award Scheme.
