Funding to Deliver Short Break Projects for Disabled Children and Young People in Scotland

Shared Care Scotland is offering grants of up to £35,000 for constituted third-sector organisations (£10,000 for unincorporated organisations) across Scotland to develop and deliver a wide range of short breaks projects and activities for disabled children and young people (aged 20 and under), their carers, and their families.
