Welcome to our next Meet the Funder event in this series.

As part of this series we will be meeting with funders to talk about their funding programmes. You will get the chance to gain some insights and ask questions about their work and see if they are the right funder for your organisation.

The session will be recorded, so please do feel free to sign up and submit your questions ahead of the session if you are unable to attend on the day.

It will be a friendly informal session and is open to any member of your team so please feel free to share this invitation.

About The Wharfedale Foundation

The Wharfedale Foundation is a grant-making charity funding community projects in Yorkshire and the Humber. Its primary aim is to help the most disadvantaged and marginalised groups in society. We fund organisations and initiatives in Yorkshire and the Humber that bring communities together, support communities who feel marginalised and forgotten, or build bridges between communities. In 2024, we made the decision to spend out and close down in order to have a greater impact on the sector. We are now entering our final round. We have a particular focus during our final round on groups and projects which bring different communities together. We will also look at both core and project costs.
